Cinnamon ice cream
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of sugar syrup (see recipe Rose parfait)
- 300 grams of whipped cream
- 8 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of Van Wees Cinnamon liqueur
- some cinnamon powder.
Preparations:
Heat the yolks and beat with the syrup until frothy. Let it cool down. Add cinnamon liqueur, the whipped cream and some cinnamon powder to taste.
