Bay gin – Amsterdams Rood

This Bay gin is distilled and macerated from red, blue and black berries. The fruit explodes from your glas. Slightly sweet to emphasise the sour flavour of the berries.
An old-fashioned berry geneva. Delicious when combined with cummelcheese, young goatcheese and gorgonzola.
