Pineapple esprit – 60%

Pineapple is tough to work with. Especially the skin is full of strange tasting elements. Nevertheless we succeeded to distill a exquisite distillate with Hawaian pineapples. We distill them several times to diminish the fussels, resulting in a concentrated Pineapple esprit. It combines amazingly with other tropical fruits, citrus and bananas.
