Strawberry esprit – 60%

Strawberry esprit is distilled from several types of strawberries, which are rather popular during the summer.
As soon as strawberries are used in the kitchen, smashed or in (ice)cream, the loose flavour and taste very quickly. With this esprit they keep their characteristics. Always mix 2/3 of strawberries with 1/3 of raspberries to lift up the strawberry flavour.
