Foodperfume is used to perfume a dish at your table. The perfume is meant as an understatement of the ingredients you used in the receipe. They tease your noistrels, we smell what we are about to taste. Some perfumes may be used for flavouring as well, such as cinnamon on cappuccino for instance.
If you’d like to improve and lengthen the flavour of your dishes, you’d better use our 50 and 200 ml esprits. For extended flavouring it’s necessairy to use higher dosages.
