Traditionally used in the professional kitchen and patisserie. The knowledge about this product disappeared. Nobody seams to know of what it should be made of. We do. It’s distilled from cherries, raspberries, almonds, roses and other flowers that are picked before sunrise. A joy for the nose. Delicious in pastry, or just like that in a glas….

Including sugar, honey and juice.
